Powerball

Powerball lottery, thus making it even more powerful. Now, the jackpots have jumped even higher. Lottery players in New Hampshire, (NH), NC, Wisconsin, PA, Kentucky, and SC are have been looking for their results, but besides small winners, no one was able to match the Powerball. According to Volunteer TV the powereball numbers are 23-30-31-35-42-6. We could not this morning access NH Lottery website for an unknown reason. The only news we have about New Hampshire lottery is that Intralot won a six year New Hampshire lottery contract.
There is not much information from the Wisconsin Lottery. Again, most of the state lottery websites are not available and we are not going to try to go to SC, Kentucky or PA lottery websites. One interesting news from Wisconsin is that a suspect has been identified in the theft of a large number of Wisconsin Lottery tickets from a convenience store in Westport in April. This is reported in Capital Times.
For now, the Jackpots escaped Wednesday's lottery drawings that were posted on May 21. Let's see how the lottery holders will do next time. NC Educational Lottery website is unavailable as well. However, the Powerball jackpot is estimated at $170 million. We tried to visit Powerball.com to get more information, however, currently the demand is so high that the webpage is not available. People, holding lottery tickets from New Hampshire, (NH), NC, Wisconsin, PA, Kentucky, and SC are probably trying to access the Powerball.com to get their results.

Laura Waring

Laura Waring, a housewife on the show Real Housewives of Orange County, is suing her ex husband for $12,000 in expenses per month to help supplement her reported $400 a month income. Ex Husband Phil Waring earns about $360,000 a year according to Laura. Laura reports that she is working two jobs as an actress and insurance agent. Laura Waring is now married to George Peterson, a real estate tycoon.
When laura isn't busy being an actress, insurance agent, or ruthless ex-wife she finds time to keep herself in great shape. Laura, a mother of 3 looks great for her age andreportedly achieves her slim phsyique through healthy eating and physical exercise. There have been some rumors that she has undergone multple plastic surgeries, but the origin and truth of the allegations are unknown. The picture below is supposedly a before and after shot of Laura in which her face changes noticably.
In legal papers filed in Orange County Superior Court, Waring claims she has over $12,000 in expenses per month, and the money she's already getting from Phillip Waring just ain't cuttin' it. Laura claims she's tryin' to help out, stating in the docs that she's working two jobs -- insurance agent and actress. Yeah, actress. Right. Real Housewife of Orange County Laura Waring is demanding more cash from her ex husband -- and it's probably because she claims to only make 400 bucks a month.

The National Association for College Admission Counseling released a report Wednesday questioning the value of SAT test preparation courses. I find it interesting that this report was released on the same day that American Idol (or should it be American Idle??) announced its big winner. The value of SAT test prep programs is not relevant to this article. The example that parents set for their children is very relevant. You will do far more for your children, and far more for our nation, if you establish a culture of learning and accomplishments in your household.
Folks, education and intellect are just not respected in our culture. That’s a shame. If you doubt me, ask any school teacher and you will hear myriad stories of parents that don’t emphasize education to their children. Yet, you will find plenty of parents that emphasize athletics (yes, I know, your kid is going to get that scholarship!) and spend their evenings glued to television’s Idol, Bachelor and Bachelorette, or half a dozen other silly programs.
