WoW patch 3.1.3

WoW patch 3.1.3 is going to be released soon and now it’s really close, being scheduled for tomorrow, according to MMO-Champion. The game will not get any major changes, probably, and it won’t happen until patch 3.2.0. Please note that the initial patch notes will not show up in the PTR, but we will let you know what the changes will be a bit later.
We’re thinking today will be the day for Patch 3.1.3 to hit live servers, so we have the full list of patch notes for you. It’s just a tiny patch but it is bringing with it some hefty downtime for certain servers. We have also listed those! Word is coming through the grapevine that patch 3.1.3 will be released tomorrow. MMO-Champion is also confirming this, so given both of these sites information WoW.com would say it's a sure bet.
From what we heard there would be wotlk patch 3.1.3 that will be released tomorrow. Although this news is not confirmed yet, however given same news from WowInsider and MMO-Champion would be this info is legit. This patch is mostly class balancing and some Ulduar changes.

Conan o Brien tonight show

Conan O'Brien started his first night as host of The Tonight Show with a show that looked as though its budget might have been able to help out General Motors significantly. The opening bit -- a long, amusing run across the country from Manhattan to his new studio in Los Angeles -- showed that O'Brien used his time preparing to replace Jay Leno wisely. Also that he's thinking big.

This taped piece, along with others about taking over a Universal Studios tour tram, another in which he ribbed L.A. car-culture by driving some unhip wheels around the town, and even the short but elaborate sight-gag of Conan at a Lakers game, with the camera panning from Jack Nicholson in a floor seat to Conan up in the rafters -- all these suggested just how much careful, clever planning the host is bringing to his new job.

All in all, a large-scale, impressive debut. But we all know that success in late-night depends on the long haul -- Conan knows this as well as anyone. So now I want to see how he follows up his glitzy debut. Conan O'Brien officially took over for Jay Leno as the host of "The Tonight Show" on Monday night, and the funny man had a long way to go to get from New York to his new spot behind the "Tonight Show" desk.

Peter G. Peterson Foundation

Peter G. Peterson. Mr. Peterson has been a prominent figure weighing in on budget debates for close to two decades. Mr. Peterson was the Commerce Secretary in the Nixon administration. He then went on to make billions of dollars as one of the top executives at the Blackstone Group, a private equity fund. Mr. Peterson is known as one of the top beneficiaries of the fund managers’ tax break, through which he personally pocketed tens of millions of dollars.
Mr. Peterson has never been shy about using his Wall Street wealth to try to cut Social Security and Medicare, and he recently stepped up his efforts. Last year he spent $1 billion to endow the Peter G. Peterson Foundation, which seems to have destroying these programs at the top of its agenda. (Mr. Peterson also has a think tank named after him, the Peter G. Peterson Institute for International Economics.)
Peterson’s main story is that these programs are bankrupting the government and will impose an unbearable burden on future generations. Of course, the reality is that we have a broken health care system. The projections of scary budget deficits that Peterson’s crew constantly cites is based almost entirely on projections of exploding health care costs. If the United States can get its health care system in order, as every other country has done, then we would be projecting enormous budget surpluses as far as the eye can see.
