Obama school speech Time

Obama school speech Time
HEALTH CARE: Vacation's over and President Obama and Congress are moving forward at full speed on health care this week. The president was back in campaign mode Monday -"fired up, ready to go" - during his Labor Day speech to the AFL-CIO in Cincinnati and he continues readying for his speech to a joint session of Congress Wednesday night where he promises more specifics about exactly what he's looking for re: health care reform.
The president tossed out some red meat to the pro-Democratic AFL-CIO yesterday by calling out Republicans on health care. "I've got a question for all these folks who say, you know, we're going to pull the plug on Grandma, and this is all about illegal immigrants -- you've heard all the lies," Mr. Obama said. "I've got a question for all those folks: What are you going to do? What's your answer? What's your solution? And you know what? They don't have one."
But while he directed that criticism to his political opponents, it's some in his own party – especially moderate Democratic senators and Blue Dog Democrats in the House – that are gumming up the works. The Hill's Mike Soraghan and Michael M. Gleeson report "At least 23 House Democrats already have told constituents or hometown media that they oppose the massive healthcare overhaul touted by President Barack Obama.

Ron Bloom

Ron Bloom
Ron Bloom From Auto Czar to Manufacturing Czar According to Mike Allen at Politico Playbook, the White House will issue a news release later today about Ron Bloom taking on new responsibilities: So this Administration is branching out from micromanaging the automotive industry — it will try to set industrial policy for the entire manufacturing sector? Washington cannot import or appoint enough pinheads to understand the vast and varied manufacturing sector of the American economy.

“Today, President Obama will announce that Ron Bloom will serve as the Administration’s Senior Counselor for Manufacturing Policy. Working closely with the National Economic Council, Bloom will provide leadership on policy development and strategic planning for the President’s agenda to revitalize the manufacturing sector. He will work with departments and agencies across the administration – including the Departments of Commerce, Treasury, Energy, and Labor – to integrate existing programs and develop new initiatives affecting the manufacturing sector. Bloom will retain his role as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury assigned to the President’s Task Force on the Automotive Industry.”
Bloom, a former vice president of Lazard Freres and Co. LLC, was actually a “restructuring expert” for the US Steelworkers. The appointment of Bloom comes soon after the resignation of Van Jones, the former advisor of the White House. Bloom will now work with the National Economic Council, and the Departments of Commerce, Treasury, Energy and Labor. According to the sources, in a statement that is supposed to be released on Monday, the US President Barack Obama will officially announce the appointment of Ron Bloom as the Senior Counselor for the Manufacturing Policy.

FaceBook Fan Check Virus

FaceBook Fan Check Virus
FaceBook Fan Check Virus Already Infected A Lot Of Users Just a few seconds ago I was praising FaceBook for its addictive games, but now we’re going to back it to blame it for its viruses. Yeah, you should know that FaceBook is full of viruses, malware and phishing scams among others, but you can protect yourselves. FaceBook Fan Check is apparently an app which checks your number of friends, then gives users the possibility to create a RSS feed to post it on your FaceBook page.
All is good until here as this is nothing more than a virus. When users try to access the FaceBook Fan Check app they’ll get a message that says the app is down because the developer is adding new features, and new capacity, and that it could take days to finish them. IT says that you should become a fan on FaceBook of the update, but in fact it will infect your FaceBook account, and it will send an email to all of your friends to become a fan, but it will infect them too.
Some say that the FaceBook Fan Check virus will change your password and email, but we’re not sure about that, and nobody reported that this FaceBook account was stolen. However, now that you know what is FaceBook Fan Check I advise you not to risk, at least until FaceBook releases an official statement regarding the Fan Check FaceBook virus. It is said that it’s very hard to detect the FaceBook Fan Check virus therefore you should be careful. Be careful not to install any new security software that will promise you to remove the FaceBook Fan Check virus because who knows what you’ll install. Be safe!
