Jessica Voth originally took pictures for boyfriend Miles Marsh. Voth’s pics for Marsh then took a new form after the couple broke up. Their first stop was onto an alleged website. Now their next stop is Cook County Circuit Court. By November 2008, Voth learned of the alleged acts. No comment by either to the suit.

Jessica Voth is suing now ex boyfriend Miles Marsh for allegedly posting pictures taken during their relationship, revealing snaps, and posting them online, not just anywhere but on a site that allegedly encourages ex’s to post their former significant others revealing pics. (The name of the site was not revealed to press). The pics are not even recent, prior to their February 2006 breakup reportedly.

Jimmy Johns Sub Shop on West Pensacola Street was shot early Thursday morning by a robber dressed in black. According to Tallahassee Police, the employee was taking out the trash at about 3:45 this morning, when a man with a black shirt tied around his face held him up at gunpoint and ordered him back inside the store. A TPD Spokesman says the robber shot the employee in the leg even before he made it inside.

Two other employees were inside at the time too. The robber made off with some money and police are canvassing the area this morning trying to find some surveillance video of him or possibly some discarded items on his getaway path. Police say the employee shot in the leg will be okay, he was treated and released from the hospital.

Six of Jimmy John’s sandwiches will be $1 each from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at all 61 of the company’s metro Detroit stores. The Customer Appreciation Day special applies to sub sandwiches No. 1 through No. 6 on the menu, The subs are prepared on 8-inch French rolls and are made to order. The $1 offer is limited to one sandwich per customer and will be available for four hours only, the company said.

Reportedly Anna Faris, 32, and 30 years old Chris Pratt who have been closed to each other since a year, already have tied their knot on July 9th in a private ceremony which was a very small gathering in Bali. Actress Anna Faris who is famous for her work in Scary Movie, House Bunny, etc. and Chris, star of the NBC comedy Parks & Recreation, announced their engagement last year.

"Anna Faris and Chris Pratt were married in a small ceremony in Bali on July 9," the actress's rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. On Tuesday night, the newlyweds made an appearance at the summer party celebrating the Malibu Reef Check Partnership, which Faris hosted. Faris sported her engagement ring while Pratt wore a gold wedding band.

Faris, 32, and Pratt, 30, were engaged last year. Faris said of Pratt, "He's awesome. He's a great, great guy. I feel really lucky." Faris next lends her voice to the animated "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" out in September and Pratt appears in the show "Parks & Recreation."
