"Glee" star Cory Monteith has checked into rehab.

The agent told ABCNews.com that the actor "voluntarily presented himself addiction facility."

"He kindly ask for respect and privacy, as it will take the necessary steps to recovery," the agency added in a statement.

This is not the first time the 30-year-old actor, who plays Finn Hudson in the Fox musical comedy-drama was subject to rehab. 2011 interview with Parade magazine, said Montieth treated at age 19 to fight the addiction, which in itself, "whatever." He told Parade that he was "lucky to be alive."

She is currently dating "Glee" co-star Lea Michele. He said the people, "and I love Corey and I will support him on it."

"I am grateful and proud to have to make a decision," he said.

Hearing on Monday marked the final stage of the three-tier judicial system in Italy, Knox and Sollecito. If the judgment is not satisfied, the final decision of the High Court can not be appealed again, and Knox guarantees freedom. If the high court rules that the matter should be re-that dates back only to the stage of the appeal, is not normal. In fact, it would return to the 2009 decision that Knox and Sollecito were originally convicted.

In Italy, all criminal cases, which are automatically accepted for filing an appeal after the lower court (though not all prosecutors or attorneys decided to appeal.) More than 50 percent of all appeal cases changed on appeal, as in the case of Knox . Much less has been modified once again to the Supreme Court, but it is not uncommon for the court to order a new trial or sentence, or a subtle change in some way.
