Tony Bernazard

Tony Bernazard attempted to fight players from the Double-A Binghamton Mets, and removed his shirt in the process. It’s so weird I can’t even process this, so I’ll leave it to Adam Rubin to fill you in. GM Omar Minaya acknowledged Bernazard spoke to the B-Mets in a "stern voice," but said he had no knowledge of the scope being portrayed.

Bernazard particularly went after middle infield prospect Jose Coronado, using a slang term associated with a woman's anatomy, a source indicated. The confrontation happened about 10 days before the All-Star break, according to insiders.
"I know he did have a team meeting with them," Minaya told the Daily News. "It was not a 'you-guys-have-been-great meeting.' I know he spoke to them in a stern voice. But as far as what he was wearing, what kind of shoes he was wearing, I don't know anything about that." Rubin goes on to note that Bernazard recently verbally attacked his deputy during a recent game at Citi Field.

Andrea McNulty

Andrea McNulty who works as an employee in Harrah’s Casino of Reno, has filed a civil lawsuit against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. McNulty’s lawyer Calvin R. Dunlap filed a six count civil complaint on behalf of his client in Washloe County, Nevada on Friday. These counts are: assault, sexual assault and battery, false pretenses, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and fraud.
“This weekend Andrea McNulty served Ben Roethlisberger with a civil complaint accusing him of sexually assaulting her in July 2008. Ben has never sexually assaulted anyone; especially Andrea McNulty. The timing of the lawsuit and the absence of a criminal complaint and a criminal investigationare the most compelling evidence of the absence of any criminal conduct. If an investigation is commenced, Ben will cooperate fully and Ben will be fully exonerated.”
Media sources have begin reporting that Roethlisberger is among nine defendants named in the suit alleging "one civil count of assault, one civil count of sexual assault and battery, one civil count of false imprisonment, one civil count of false pretenses, one civil count of fraud, and one civil count of intentional infliction of emotional distress."
