Actor Shelley Malil will stand trial for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend. According to the AJC, Malil stabbed his ex-girlfriend Kendra Beebe 23 times last August in her backyard. Malil attacked Kendra Beebe on August 10th, 2008, but did not kill her. He stabbed her 23 times, missing a major artery in her neck Shelley Malil was also charged with assault with a weapon and burglary on August 10 2008. Malil is accused of attacking his girlfriend, Kendra Beebe in her home in San Marcos. Beebe received about 23 stabbings. At least 3 people went to the aid of Beebe.
