Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson was critically injured on Monday in what police said was a tragic accident at home. According to Fox News, Exodus Tyson was found by her 7-year-old brother hanging from the cord of a treadmill. At press time was reported to be in "extremely" critical condition and on life support at St. Joseph's Hospital. Police are calling the mishap a "tragic accident." A police spokesperson told Fox News that there was "nothing in the investigation that revealed anything suspicious."
The toddler was reportedly playing near the exercise equipment in the family's Phoenix home while her mother was elsewhere in the house cleaning on Monday morning. When her mother sent the boy to look for Exodus, he found her tangled in the cord. He alerted the mother, who immediately called 911 and began performing CPR. "Somehow the little girl got something caught across her throat, she became unresponsive, the boy went and got the mother, and the mother came out and found the child," Phoenix Police Sgt. Andy Hill told the Phoenix Fox affiliate.
Our hearts and prayers go out to the family of Exodus Tyson, Mike Tyson’s daughter, as she is currently on life support after an accident involving the family’s treadmill. More details/video regarding the story are here. Exodus Tyson, the 4-year-old daughter of boxer Mike Tyson, is currently on life support after she was found hanging from a treadmill cord earlier today.

Mike Tyson Daughter

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter is in critical condition after she was found with a cord around her neck following an accident, according to media reports on Monday. Exodus Tyson was playing near some exercise equipment when she accidentally got tangled in a cord or rope hanging from a treadmill, the Arizona Republic reported on its website.

The Phoenix Police Department did not immediately return phone calls. ABC News reported that the child was rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in central Phoenix, where she was listed in critical condition on life support. Police said that based on the initial investigation, the incident appeared to be "a tragic accident," ABC reported. Tyson is the subject of a new documentary by director James Toback. He was not in Phoenix at the time of the accident, but was shown later on television news arriving at the hospital.
It saddens me to report that Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter is on life support after she was found by her 7-year-old brother hanging from a treadmill cable. The mother sent the boy to find Exodus Tyson who was playing in a separate room. The boy found his sister in distress and got his mother, police said. “Somehow she was playing on this treadmill, and there’s a cord that hangs under the console — it’s kind of a loop,” police Sgt.
