Sarah Fisher, daughter of Steven and Barbara Fisher of Warwick, was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt. To qualify, students must earn a grade point average of 3.4 or better for the semester. Fisher is a senior English literature major at the liberal arts, residential Catholic college located in the Burlington area of Vermont.
Kiowa Pratt-Gordon, a 2007 graduate of Warwick Valley High School, has been named to the dean’s list at SUNY Albany, where she is a sophomore double majoring in English and Theatre, with a minor in Women’s Studies. Kiowa will be appearing in the University’s spring production of “Antigone” and operating the light board for “Jesus Took the A-Train.” Accepted to teach in the Women’s Studies Teaching Cooperative, she teaches Feminism 101. Kiowa is the daughter of Marga L Gordon.
Cheryl Ann Stokkeland of Chester was named to the dean’s list for the fall 2008 semester at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh by earning a GPA of 3.62. She is a junior getting certified 1-6 with middle school extention majoring in math.
