Jill Wagner

Co-host Jill Wagner says, "so the water is not cold Well, the second regular season of "Wipeout" airs next summer - following the successful pattern of season one - but the special was filmed right before Thanksgiving. The days may still be warm at that time of year on the show's location, about 30 miles north of Los Angeles, but the nights are not, and therefore the water isn't, either.

Jill is dressed as a very sexy ref," executive producer Matt Kunitz says. "The Johns are both dressed in classic Howard Cosell ABC Sports jackets. And we brought in an extra special sideline reporter, NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin. We never worked with him before, so it was taking a little chance there.

Because we have so much content," Kunitz says, "nothing's repeated. You'll see brand-new stuff during the Super Bowl halftime show, and after the game, there'll be a full, brand-new episode. Who really wants to see Bruce Springsteen at halftime? Certainly I would say anyone under 20 wouldn't be interested. My wife says, anyone under 30. So, anyway, we'll watch 'Wipeout' at halftime, then we'll tune back into the game. As soon as the game's over, I would suggest that you DVR the postgame show and watch our 'Wipeout Bowl' live."

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus reveals her father surprises her with a brand new Prius and she says the car is "good for the environment and .. adorable Prior to getting her new Prius, Miley drove a Porsche, which was a hand-me-down from her mother Leticia "Tish" Cyrus. She got the car as a present for her 16th birthday.

Getting a brand new car, a black Prius, from her father Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus can't stop talking about her new ride. In between break from a photo shoot, the Disney star takes time talking about her new vehicle, about which she says it is "good for the environment and .. adorable." Besides, "I'm gonna get Hello Kitty floor mats!" she adds.

In another Miley Cyrus news, she has been quoted as telling reporters that her father Billy Ray Cyrus protects her from paparazzi stalkers. "He is protective of all of us, because he loves us. He particularly gets upset when paparazzi always try to get my picture," so she claims. "It's because I'm his little girl. Once I saw him get upset with one guy. He was saying 'Dude, not cool, not cool.' The guy was so apologetic, going 'Sorry Mr Cyrus, sorry,'" she explains further.

Arnel Pineda

Lead Singer Arnel Pineda He is a Filipino, an ordinary guy whose got a good heart and an incredible voice. Now he is a star. He replaced Steve Perry as the lead vocalist of "Journey". His voice really sounds like Steve Perry. I am yet to see him live as he performs. Kudos Arnel Pineda.

Just in case you’re wondering, that was not Steve Perry singing “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” with Journey during the Super Bowl pregame, nor was it a Journey tribute band. It was, indeed, Journey, with new singer Arnel Pineda, who joined the band in 2007 after being spotted by them singing Journey songs on YouTube.

“I was not excited about [the possibility of] the Soprano family being whacked to ‘Don’t Stop Believin’,” Perry told MTV News after the show had aired. “I told them, ‘Unless I know what happens — and I will swear to secrecy — I can’t in good conscience feel good about its use.’” The show’s producers made Perry promise to keep it under his lid, which he did, and then they spilled the beans on how the song was used and how the show ends, after which Perry signed off.
