Aloha Stadium

Aloha Stadium for Ohana day (which means family day). It's an opportunity for the locals to bring their families and experience the game day festivities. It's essentially a practice day for the players and cheerleaders and it was nice to get in a "dry run." I got a chance to see all of the Titans players which was fun! Our guys are so great!

We stayed at the stadium until the afternoon and then I was part of a group that headed to a NFL VIP party where we got to meet Warren Moon and Boomer Esiason. Then we headed to the block party which is a huge party that closes down a major road and each of the lines performed, asked team trivia and interviewed. It has been a long day but worth every minute.

I cannot believe that tomorrow is game day. The week has flown by so fast and I'm sad that it's almost coming to an end. All of the girls and staff are so amazing and I truly cherish the time I've spent with them. We performed at the football festival, which is basically a pep rally for the game! It was another chance to perform and sign autographs for the fans.

Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr looks fabulous at the David Jones store. She looks awesome!! That's name super sexy legs. Earlier this week (February 4), Miss Kerr was spotted striking a few sexy poses with a hunky male model during a David Jones photo call. Kerr, who is currently in Sydney for a fashion show, says that she really longs for Bloom, who is shooting in Los Angeles.

Still remember my previous post about lovely in a cutie skirt and looked chick in a short dress? Now, The awesome Aussie model looked fabulous as she meandered around the floor (she’s a Fashion Ambassador for the company) in a black and tan printed belted dress with strappy black heels while biting the top of her Fiji water bottle.

Not to fear, though- Miranda and her boyfriend Orlando Bloom were looking plenty cozy during a night out at Teddy’s last weekend. An eyewitness revealed, “Orlando and Miranda drank and danced the entire time, with Orlando relaxing in his seat while Miranda stood up in front of him, dancing in between his legs. She basically gave him a lapdance!”

Ryan Bingham

Mayor Bingham has many opinions. However, not all opinions can be heard or recognized because it is still based on the city council. Mayor Bingham makes opinions, judgements and he makes decisions. He is a true leader. I respect him for that. I would like to see that person who complains about the mayor not having opinions.

I would like to thank the guy who assisted me out by plowing my sidewalk off so I remain in compliance with the city ordinance. I was recovering from surgery and it was a big help. My neighbor saw your kindness with what you did for me and claimed I was throwing excess snow and ice into the road and called the cops on me. It is a good thing the the Torrington police was able to see a jelous neighbor when they are right in their face.

Kudos and thank you to all the volunteers of Friends of Main Street for putting on the wonderful Bubbles and Truffles event. Also, a big thank you to all the sponsors and donors for helping the event happen. If you were not there, you missed excellent music, food, conversation and a chance to meet new friends. I did see our selectman, Candy Perez, and town manager, Mr. Robbins. However, not a single one of the other of the six selectmen was to be seen.
