The Earth Day and Easter falling so close together this year, as the bad news of the artificial food colors, natural egg dye has never been so popular.

When I was younger and more ambitious, I used to spin wool and natural sweetener. Therefore, I am surprised that this took a long time for me to actually try natural dyeing Easter eggs. Of course, I made a few mistakes (like using brown eggs), but overall it was easy, and fun.
