DWTS 9’s Mark Dacascos who could win Dancing with the Stars 2009. Mark “the Chariman” Dacascos comes to Dancing with the Stars from Iron Chef America on the Food Network. On Iron Chef America, he is the nephew to original Japanese Iron Chef Chairman Takeshi Kaga. Mark has played the role since 2005. Mark, who is married to Julie Condra, has a chance to win Dancing because of a strong athletic background.
