In her town hall at the Congo, Hillary Clinton was supposedly asked what Bill Clinton thought about Chinese contracts in the United States. However, it was only discovered later that the question was mistranslated, and the actual question was about what President Obama thought, not President Clinton. Yet when Hillary Clinton thought the question was about her husband, she got angry and let everyone know that "My husband is not the secretary of state. I am." That much is true, but since the Hillary Clinton angry answer was completely unscripted, and since such spontaneous emotion is not associated with her, the answer has gotten a lot of press.

In her defense, the question that provoked her anger wasn't translated correctly. It does make more sense that the question would be about what President Obama thought, and perhaps Hillary should have known that. However, Bill Clinton has been back in the headlines after he helped get two journalists freed from North Korea, so perhaps it didn't seem strange at the time that they were asking what Bill thought.
