The eldest son of the Governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver television journalist says she was first aware of her body in the fourth grade, when she began her way to compare with the other girls around her. Like most girls, Katherine sees her high school years to his "difficult phase" and insisted on keeping his weight under 100 lbs.Today, Katherine is 5 feet 8 and a size 6 - which she attributes to its close relationship with her mother to help her through these difficult years. "My mother was always with me. I always checked with me. I had the best relationship with my mother. I still do. I speak with her four times a day," he says. The two live together even yoga and spinning classes, activities that Katherine calls her "stress relievers." "I sweat it all out," he writes.

It also helps your family a great example for Healthy Living set - Mama Maria works in the morning, while Father Arnold works twice a day, morning and then again after work. "We are very family oriented people. We go on bike rides in the family. We play tennis together." They also eat healthy, but Katherine is not one to shy away from a "cookie" if you wish. (Amen!) If they do not think negatively about themselves, Katherine said that focuses on your thoughts around. "I think of all the things I'm thankful for that. Then I go about my day."
