Lindsay Lohan was taken outside a Beverly Hills court in handcuffs this afternoon and returned to jail, where he is expected to spend nearly a month awaiting a hearing for violating his probation by failing a drug test.Judge Elden Fox Lohan refused bail and a hearing Oct. 22 to decide whether the terms of 24 years old, had violated his probation from a conviction in 2007 for drunken driving and cocaine possession to set.
The Mean Girls actor spent two weeks in jail in August 1922 and the following days in a residential drug when another court ruled that she violated probation for the same office.After being released from rehab Lohan was subject to drug testing law.
