Lindsay Lohan was taken outside a Beverly Hills court in handcuffs this afternoon and returned to jail, where he is expected to spend nearly a month awaiting a hearing for violating his probation by failing a drug test.Judge Elden Fox Lohan refused bail and a hearing Oct. 22 to decide whether the terms of 24 years old, had violated his probation from a conviction in 2007 for drunken driving and cocaine possession to set.

The Mean Girls actor spent two weeks in jail in August 1922 and the following days in a residential drug when another court ruled that she violated probation for the same office.After being released from rehab Lohan was subject to drug testing law. Lohan last week sent a series of messages on Twitter admit that they took a test and said he was doing his abuse of alcohol and drugs to overcome."Unfortunately, no in fact my most recent drug test, and when I said I am willing to appear before Judge Fox," Lohan said last week Twitter.

On Monday a warrant was issued and Fox Lohan ordered to appear in court on Friday.Lohan s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not seem out of the Beverly Hills court after his client was arrested, but the absent parent the actor, Michael Lohan, spoke to reporters and said he was angry with the decision of the court.

She was praised for her small role in Robert Altman film A Prairie Home Companion.In May 2007, a Mercedes crashed on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills. Police found cocaine in his car and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Two months later he was arrested again on similar charges.
