Presidents' Day a federal holiday and most banks and post office across the country will be closed today.

Banks and post offices are also re-opens Tuesday, Feb. 22 However, FedEx and other private businesses are also open Presidents' Day.

But again, contact your local bank, because a very small handful, including Wachovia Bank locations will be opened.

E-mail will not be released on Monday, February 22, and government offices will be closed to observe the holidays.
