Frank McCourt purchased the team from News Corp. in 2004 for $271 million, which included Dodger Stadium. According to the latest valuations from Forbes magazine, the team is worth $722 million. As the team's CEO, Jamie McCourt is the highest ranking woman executive in Major League Baseball. The couple married in 1979 and have four sons, including Dodgers Director of Marketing Drew McCourt. Currently, it is unknown as to whether the couple will divorce. Should the McCourts divorce, each would be entitled to half of the Dodgers franchise under California law.
