Ross Township PA

Ross Township PA
Kelly Ann Walz of Ross Township PA is dead, killed by her pet bear. Kelly Ann Walz’s died feeding her pet bear at 5 pm Sunday. Walz had more than a bear as her pet. Kelly also had a Bengal tiger and an African lion. Walz was licensed to have the bear, even though his body weight was 350 pounds. She was feeding him at the time he attacked her. Kelly Ann Walz would reportedly pass scheduled inspections report state Game Commission officials Sunday. Walz was 37. Funeral arrangements have not been announced. Send your love.
According to Lehigh Valley Live, Tim Conway, the game commission’s information educational supervisor for the northeast region, said Walz went inside the bear’s 15-by-15-foot steel and concrete cage to clean it and feed the bear. Officials said while she was inside, the 350-pound bear turned on Walz and killed her. Initial reports indicate a neighbor shot the bear while it was on top of Walz.
Conway said the bear had been kept as a pet since 2000 when the owners applied for a license. This was no a free-roaming bear that attacked the woman. She also had a Bengal tiger and an African lion at the home. Both animals were licensed by the state to be kept as pets. Why on earth would I want to have such animals as pets? Whatever happened to owning a cat or a dog?
