Apparently Sarah Jean Underwood has quite a pair of lungs. Don’t just take our word for it, ask the producers of Zellwood, a new indie horror flick in which the extremely fit Ms. Underwood aims to supplant Jamie Lee Curtis as the scream queen of our dreams. It’s the first speaking (or, rather, screaming) movie role for the 25 year old, who’s better known as Playboy’s 2007 Playmate of the Year [video]. That means there no shortage of lovely Sara Jean on the Net. Now there’s something worth shouting about.

Sara Jean Underwood joins Karissa and Kristina Shannon (photo above) in the 2010 Playboy Calendar. Sara Jean Underwood is among Playboy’s Calendar girls announced for its 2010 issue launching in just a few weeks. Playboy Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon grace the edition along with some familiar faces, including LALATE’s fav Jessica Burciaga. The calendar is set to have a selection of women from different backgrounds. They include Candice Cassidy, Ida LJungqvist, Sasckya Porto, Kayla Collins, Crystal McCahill, Dasha Astafyeva, Kelly Carrington, Hope Dworaczyk and Grace Kim.

On the big screen, Underwood this week wraps production on the film Zellwood opposite Patricia Rosales (Miss Cuba). LJungqvist was the 2009 Playmate of the Year, Underwood taking top honors in 2007.
